- JAJose O Lopez Ayala6 days ago1.0The cashier told me to push the packages onto the scale as if I worked or was paid to provide a service at the post office. They, the ones who are supposed to provide the service, aren't doing it. I'm referring specifically to cashier #14 on September 10, 2026, at 9:46 am. And she's so clever that she didn't even let me give her feedback (unhappy face emoji). She even mentioned something about me making a mess when I picked up the packages.

They greet you with a professional attitude, apologize for any inconvenience a wait might have caused, and exercise patience that you don't always see at some post offices.
- TBTini BoydSep 28, 20262.0Location needs renovation, attitudes need adjusting, not a smile, or no greeting. service is super slow since there’s typically only one person at the window almost every time. I give establishments grace since I have worked on a frontline of very busy businesses however customer service should be priority. If you plan to visit, please be sure to give yourself an hour of time to get through and lower your expectations on service.
- DDDanahSep 28, 20261.0Extremely rude for no reason. For example -When I moved another post office gave me a money order to close out a P.O. Box. This employee was so rude it’s like she enjoyed it oddly enough. I was overly kind so she had to work really extra hard to be rude. They don’t carry cash so you cannot cash your money order so be careful with PO Box refunds too. I’ll never risk getting treated that way again by going back.
