- Aמור סעאתAug 24, 20261.0Josie was absolutely not nice. She was not pleasant at all, and the service she provided felt like it was done with very little effort or willingness to help. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. She noticed that I was having difficulty, yet instead of trying to help, she made me feel uncomfortable and behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. This was completely unacceptable. In my opinion, this type of behavior is not appropriate for a customer service position. If you are not interested in working in customer service, which is such an important job and should be about providing a pleasant experience to customers, then you should not be working in a customer service position. If I could give this service less than one star, I would.
