- MMmimitoday1.0Today is Thursday, October 15, and I’ve been waiting outside since 2:30 PM. It’s now 3:05 PM, and no one is inside working. There is no sign posted outside to inform customers that the office is closed. This is very frustrating and unprofessional, as I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes without any information.
- JMJoe MartinezOct 5, 20262.0Do not post that you should be open at 8:15am on your front door, only to not actually open until way later. I get budget cuts are a problem for the USPS, but these kinds of things don't help with customer relations or retention. Just be honest about operational hours.

It is a big inconvenience for someone spending their lunch break to take the time to drive there just to be told that they are closing for lunch or met with a closed gate. The gentleman working was pleasant when he spoke to me. He appeared to be the only person working.
