I have several UPS stores and post offices closer to my house, but I used to live near this one and I continue to choose to drive Further and go out of my way to come to the store because every single experience with your team members has been above and beyond. Most specifically Brandon is the most delightful customer service representative I’ve encountered. I almost always see Brandon when I visit your store and he is such a delight. You’re truly lucky to have someone with such excellent customer service skills. Not only is he friendly, he’s extremely helpful and patient. As long as he’s working there, I’ll continue to drive out of my way or skip USPS so that I can come into the store.
