He was also very rude, even though I was very polite to him. When I called the next day, there was another very rude female employee that basically said there is nothing they can do. She didn't even apologize, and she sounded like she was half asleep. I should have checked my receipt as soon as I left the store. If you have an Amazon return, go to Kohl's instead.

Rude employees as well.. asked a question and the response was “well that’s why there’s signs all over the building” well congrats you lost a customer. I will continue with FedEx for my shipping needs.
