- FFFood&Travel552 days ago1.0Avoid at all costs. Terrible terrible terrible - absolutely disgusting customer service. The Indian guy working the front desk got an attitude with me after I asked him to delete the email I had just sent for printing because Walgreens actually prints for much cheaper, and upon me asking him to delete the email, he waved a “shoo” gesture twice with his hand and said “yeah yeah I’ll delete it”. I was actually taken aback for a minute. Absolutely disgusting honestly, if you’re bad at working with people, maybe don’t. Anyway yeah Walgreens prints for much cheaper :)

They were able to accept a package return larger than mine right before mine. But I try to drop off my return and all of a sudden they don't have room. Why are you open during renovations if you can't provide your services. Then tell me to take it to brier creek is wild. FedEx here we come!

- BBBradJul 26, 20261.0I went to get return shipping labels and the manager refused to let me leave with the label. When I asked him why his response was because that's the way it is. We went back and forth a few times and I just asked him why I couldn't leave with the label when I'm the one purchasing it and he said because that's the rules. I explained to him that I can easily print this up at home but their system did not work so I had to come into the store. He made no attempt to explain, and he was getting a little rude so I just purchased the label, went home for my stuff and came back. After this I'm going to just use FedEx unless I have no choice.
