  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for almost a year for shipping, returns, and printing, and the team is always friendly, helpful, and reliable. But my recent experience with Steve and Bee absolutely deserved a review!! I came in to ship my wedding bouquets across the country to be preserved by an artist. I was already a few days late sending them, so every bit of their remaining lifespan felt precious, and getting them there safely was incredibly important to me. As soon as Bee heard what was inside my makeshift moving box, he insisted we repack them properly and pulled Steve, the manager, in to help. The two of them spent about 15 minutes meticulously creating custom supports for the bouquets, adding layers of bubble wrap, and packing everything into a sturdier outer box to minimize movement and damage. We ultimately chose next-day shipping, and I left feeling incredibly confident that my irreplaceable flowers had been given the best possible chance of arriving safely. Steve and Bee treated my package like they genuinely understood how much it meant to me, and I’m so grateful for their time, care, and above-and-beyond customer service. I’ll be back in November to show them the finished preservation their hard work helped make possible! 🤍
