    I just want to say thank you so much for Brittney and Amanda for the amazing job that they did today with me on Saturday, April 25… with them helping me with 17 boxes they really supported and they deserve high praise in helping!!!!

    Excellent customer service and very affordable prices! Brittany helped me select the correct packaging size for my shipment and exercised great care in helping pack my item and ensure it was secure. The store was clean and the atmosphere was very refreshing. I was greeted by the staff when I entered and both Brittany and her coworker were friendly, personable, and made me feel valued as a customer. I will be sure to visit this location the next time I have shipping needs.

    I had a really bad experience with a cell phone provider. I had a phone that failed under warranty in Feburary 20206 and I had sent it back to them to be repaired. They claimed that the phone was still locked and sent it back to me. I did as they asked and used the UPS label that they enclosed to return it to them. I dropped it off at this UPS store near my house. I was given a receipt which I thought I stuck in a pocket. Several days later after no response from the company, I contacted them to inquire what was the delay. They claimed they did not receive the phone. And asked me for the tracking number - they had issued the Label - they should have known this. I searched and searched and could not find that receipt. In desperation I went back to the UPS store on Falls of Neuse to see if they could help. Steve (who I think is the owner) was able to go through the records and see there was a package sent to that town in Texas from their store on that date. He was able to provide me a printout of the tracking of that package and that it was received on their end. I was able to provide that back to the equipment provider to prove that it had been delivered. They investigated (over and over) and finally gave me my refund. I was without a working cell phone for 10 1/2 weeks. The team at the Falls of Neuse / Durant road UPS store went way above the call of duty to help me. Lesson learned. Take a photo of every receipt like this when you get one. (I had bought 3 phones from this provider; not likely to do business with them again.)

    I went in and nobody spoke, they kept talking about payday. Which did not bother me that much. I stood there looking for scissors, then a young lady came up. She asked if I scanned and I said no, I was looking for scissors. She said she would help. I Gave her the box, she gave me the proof of return. I started to take the box to put tape on it, it was not taped. She said" oh no, you cannot take it back." That annoyed me. Why would I take expired medication for my dog's acne back. It came used, so I am not about to use that on an expensive dog. Then I noticed one of othets just standing there staring into space, like they were in a daze. Really creepy.
