  It is Sunday. It is quarter after 12. The sign on the door says it opens at 11 AM on Sunday. It says 11 AM online also! The store is locked and dark inside. Someone left a UPS box on the sidewalk outside the door… No doubt because the Store was closed and they couldn’t wait. I saw two other people go up to the door at noon and, discouraged, they left. So did I. UPS folks… this is not a good showing and it is Not representative of your good brand.

  I have been using this store for many years now and have consistently had an amazing experience. The staff handles everyone with care and professionalism. Kelli is always going above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of in their immediate need and she really cares about the people themselves. Her kindness means a lot to me and many others!

  Kelli is always is so friendly and helpful every time I come in which is 3-4x a week. She has even come out and geld the door open for me when she sees that I have oversize packages. The store is never very crowded and I’m always guaranteed to get excellent customer service. I highly recommend you visit this UPS Store!

  I have been several times in this store and mostly see Kelli. She has always greeted me with a smile and a warmth which keeps me going back here. It’s never crowded and she knows how to process the transaction seamlessly and efficiently. I recently went in there on a Sunday and was helped by another associate who was likewise cheerful and helpful. I can’t imagine either of these kind ladies being anything less than wonderful.   had the worst experience yesterday, the dates would’ve been 7-17-26 @12:50 i am seen with a black shirt , The representative kelly who said she was the general manager of the location messed up my return and my Refund process because she could not multitask focus on one subject at a time. She asked me how many barcodes I had I told her twoI did not know that they were the same barcode. I had a combined happy returns package for three items. She was very rude very combative and very aggressive. I even explained to her on camera which I asked was this being recorded. She made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome I did come back to make sure I had tangible evidence of the person that was very rude to me. I took a photo because it seems that companies will excuse the rudeness of their employees and no one ever takes accountability. I should’ve got a refund of $60 yesterday I only received $22.31 I asked her if I had to pay for a label because the QR code she had was already paid for. She said I would have to pay for it even if it was her mistake because it was my fault. no matter what is going on in your day or at your job if you were under pressure, you should not take it out on the customer. I tried to be so polite. I even told her ma’am I am trying not to be combative. I do not want to argue you’re hurting my feelings the way you were talking to me. You never know what someone is going through. I cried, leaving that location yesterday and the first thing I did was called human resources to report the incident, I had to call UPS customer service line to report this location. I hope for further notice this does not happen to anyone else the lady in the picture behind her asked for 14 pages and she printed out 52 instead because of her moving too fast not once did she take accountability, but tried to make the customer feel defeated when I took this picture. She said I’m waving at the camera. Hey and I was letting her know I was taking a picture of the package and I didn’t mind proper her out but because of the rudeness, I hope people can see the person who was highly unethical and rude. KELLI THANKS FOR MAKING ME NEVER WANNA COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED AND NEXT WILL BE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
