  Calling out the lady that helped me yesterday with my service requests for her professionalism and care. She maintained a professional attitude even when I questioned her about a change in rules that rendered her unable to notarize a document for me. Very thankful to be served by someone like her!

  The staff here will do anything not to take a return package from a store. Several issues that I've had that I don't ever have at other UPS Stores. Plain & Simple, this place absolutely sucks & the clerks must hate their jobs, probably due to the Nanager, Supervisor or whomever the woman is that constantly has a problem with return packages!

  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store! Jessica, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s clear that she truly cares about her customers and leads by example. The whole store was organized, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this UPS Store, and if you have the chance to work with Jessica, you’re in great hands. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  Multiple bad Experiences. Customer Service is Somewhat to Non Existant. Outside of shipping a Return For Amazon, There is Nothing to Be Desired here. The Manager is Abravise and Inserts Herself whereever She feels is needed, without Request. Outside of that, Not hearing the Customer, Not Asking the Person with the package what they want and Attempting to Incur cost at Any point is the Base of what is Done. This Last Visit I was given Once Price and then Charged the other, When I confronted the Situation I was Made to Feel or Implication was greatly made the Issue was with the Customer. I was then Told, With Attitude "I'll take Care of it" The Manager went in and Adjusted the Price 3.00 and then charged me 2.50 more For Packing Supplies. Deceitful and Dishonest. I Felt Like I was going to have to escelate the situation. I walked away. I will not Visit this store again. After Reading Other Reviews About the Owner and Interactions, It kind of Begins to paint a story. Shalom to You of the Most High Elohim, David Lunt. If You Would take 1/2 A Moment To put it Towards Customer Service instead of Rationalizing Yiur Actions, This May be A Store Worth Going to. 40-50% of Your Reviews are 1 star on Multiple Platforms. You All Have Never Helped Me Only Oversold, Inconvenienced and Purposely Overcharge and Attempt to take Advantage of People. This Is Done with Intent. This is the Spirit that is there.
