  The new staff is completely incompetent when it comes to customer service but absolutely on point when shedding accountability. "Not Our Problem" they told me three times.

  Just a friendly observation, we got here 20 mins early on Sunday to drop off a package, over 6+ ppl went up to the door in that small window to visit the store. 2 stayed and 4 left maybe they return another day, maybe not and go to another location. Hours of 10-6pm might be really profitable for this particular location, especially since another type store has NO Sunday hours. Glad you’re here and open .
