  I tried to ship out three boxes, but I’ve shipped out plenty of times before with them and they told me that it wasn’t possible without using one of their approved boxes and then tried to charge me $400 when I shipped out the exact same thing about a year and a half ago for less than 100 scam scam scam lady behind the counter called him to tell him what I was trying to ship and when he got there they even said wow that was fast feels like he was trying to scam me out of my package by saying like 5 times we can’t insure your packing will get there safe or un damaged and then put my boxes in something that was about the size of a one bedroom apartment and I even showed him my last receipt shipping almost the exact same thing with to be honest one less box and then told me they Computer clears out history after six months so there will be no proof that I was actually there before so I went to FedEx shipped out my packages with absolutely no issue for three times less than what he was trying to charge me so if you’re looking to ship out in the Raleigh area. I suggest you leave this place alone and go to FedEx way better business customer service was better too. I will be calling somebody to try to get information about this because what he did was a scam shame, shame, shame
