  I had an awful experience. I was dropping off an express return. And also had two pages to print. I worked in a shipping and packaging franchise for many years, so I know how to use a copier. The agent helping me said to email the shipping label and document. So I did and four pages were printed. Then he told me it would be $4 and some change. I asked how it was so much for two pages. He was charging me a service fee that he never told me about. Then 4 black and white copies. I explained that the express instructions say that "if you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance". I was thinking they could pull up a QR code or that the pre-paid shipping label wouldn't be charged for a print. He told me he had to charge me for the copies unless I can pull up a code. I searched and tried to cancel the return to redo it in a way for a code on my phone, but it wasn't possible. Mind you as this is happening, there's a line racking up. I started shaking and got so stressed. Before telling customers to email documents, please tell them the cost first before just printing them. And very importantly, the printer ink needs to be replaced. I can't add photos because the document is private. But happy to send a picture to the manager. The black and white ink is dull & fading.

  The employees at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable, as my UPS account was nonexistent in the system. The line was also out the door when I arrived for my amazon drop off and shipping request, so I was so grateful that everyone was handled with the utmost respect and quickly! Would definitely recommend this particular store over all other options. Thanks Dom for your professionalism and speed.

  Dominique was simply amazing. She was happy, chipper, and so helpful! I had returns from Amazon and packaged them incorrectly and she made it all correct without seeming like I was inconveniencing her. She told every guest that left to have a Happy 4th and to stay hydrated which I thought was so kind. She deserves recognition, as I work in customer service myself, and it is hard to find gems like this. 👏🏽
