I recently had a chance to drop off an extra-large Amazon return package at The UPS Store on Battle Bridge Road in Raleigh, and I was genuinely amazed by the level of service. They treated customers exceptionally well—almost like royalty! A very special appreciation to Mr. Kenny and Sanjana. Both were superb: professional, extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I have used many shipping and carrier services over the years, but this was honestly the first time I felt that a shipping store delivered a true five-star customer-service experience. Excellent people, excellent attitude, and excellent service. Kenny and Sanjana are wonderful representatives of The UPS Store and deserve recognition.
