- CGCindy GiesbrechtSep 14, 20265.0I needed a phone charger and all the staff were very happy and helpful. I had to exchange the first one because it didn't work. Very grateful for all your kindness and customer service
- JDJacque DreyerSep 11, 20261.0Don't waste your time trying to print anything here they could not be less interested!
- DWdoris weissSep 9, 20265.0I love the posters you can print and they are quite affordable.
- LHLyntoya HardySep 4, 20262.0I will never come back to the Staples. I asked them to do one civil thing and they couldn't do that. I went in there this morning and picked up my print and first of all I asked for it to be centered and it wasn't. How can you mess up a simple print? Then when I came to pick it up I asked to young lady to cut it for me as I request it originally in my order but was told she can't do it without any explanation why. Sometimes it's just better to pay for better service. Next time I will stick with FedEx.
- SGSherri GriffinAug 24, 20261.0Stopped by Staples at Brier Creek yesterday to find a stress ball or something similar for my sister who just had open heart surgery at Duke. She had requested a stress ball and we had searched a lot of the stores in Brier Creek. Staples was the only store that had something similar and it was behind the cash register in a bin. We asked to purchase one and they said they were promo balls for people that spent $50 or more. We asked if we could pay for the ball and explained to the cashier about my sister's situation and we were on the way to the hospital. Cashier said no and we asked to speak with the manager who was standing nearby and overheard part of the conversation. We repeated that this was an open heart surgery situation in a request and that we were willing to pay for the ball at whatever price it may be. Without hesitation the manager on duty said no and if they run up this ball it would show as a $10,000 purchase. I've been in management..... We all know better than this, we can all do better than this. DO BETTER STAPLES.
