  Great service and received my print purchase within 2 hours of ordering and went back to get an additional copy because it came out really well. Will definitely return.

  Not able to get my passport photo taken at time of visit. Associate hours only until 5 pm for those photos. I was able to find other stationery needs. Other associates were friendly and helpful. Edit: I called the next morning and the associate I spoke with implied anyone could have assisted me with passport photos, but due to understaffing I was told I could not complete this task I already paid for online.

  I had a disappointing experience during my visit around 11:10 a.m. on Sunday, shortly after the store opened. There was already a line at the Amazon Returns section. One cashier, a gentleman, was very pleasant with his customer, while another cashier, a young African American woman, assisted me. When it was my turn, I walked up to the counter and wasn’t greeted. Instead, she immediately said, “If you have three or more items, I can’t help you.” I replied, “Okay,” and stood there. She repeated herself, and I again said, “Okay.” She then asked how many items I had, and I told her, “One.” There was no apology or acknowledgment. She explained that she only asked because her scanner had been acting up. She scanned my barcode twice and said it wasn’t working, then asked if I was at the right store. I replied, “This is Staples, right?” and showed her my return confirmation. She scanned it again and then said, “Oh, it worked.” After completing the return, she said nothing else. I had to ask, “Are you finished?” She replied, “Yes.” I then asked if I would receive a receipt, and she said, “No, you’ll get an email.” I frequently make Amazon returns at other Greensboro locations, and the process is always quick, friendly, and I typically receive a printed receipt with promotional offers. This interaction felt very different. It seemed as though the employee was trying to create a problem or simply didn’t want to be there. Fortunately, I was in a great mood and chose not to argue. What stood out most was that another customer actually walked over to my husband afterward and said, “I’m sorry you guys had to go through that.” That confirmed that the interaction came across as unprofessional to others as well. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward. (Rep was young light skin girl working Amazon returns with phone scanner) I did get an Amazon confirmation it was refunded at 1:00pm no staples receipt etc . Below is what I received .

  After looking for a place to get my image transferred onto my transfer paper all other staples wasn’t able to help me with what I needed. I knew that god was on my side and I decided instead of giving up I should try one last staples and Darrius in brier creek was my ram in the bush. He help me with my order and as fast as I came in as fast as I left with everything I needed forever grateful and will be back to do my work
