I understand that we were not at the proper location; but a front desk administrative came out to ask what we needed because we were standing outside trying to figure out a different location that could help us and so we asked her one quick question. The security patrol then stepped outside and proceeded to get aggressive with us and threatened my husband claiming he was getting hostile when he literally asked one question. Completely unprofessional, uncalled for, disrespectful, and that man needs to be fired for threatening to “mace my husband in the face in front of his Mrs” for asking a question of a lady who came outside to ask us what we needed.
