  Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would at this point ever since Ready Refresh merged with Primo brand it has been a total NIGHTMARE!! You should have never merged with this company .When Ready Refresh was delivering my water I had absolutely no issues. Customer service was great and I got the requested amount of water. Now dealing with the merger with Primo Brand I hate it! My water got delivered I am supposed to receive 3 5gallon water bottles and I sat 4 empty jugs outside and they gave me 4 and now I have to much water on hand. And the delivery before that I sat 5 out and they gave me 5 jugs. And I still have 2 left over from that delivery. 😡What are you people doing!🤬 My account states 3 bottles STOP GIVING ME MORE THAN WHAT MY ACCOUNT SHOWS! That did this crap to my friend also.🤬🤬🤬😫😩 We are both ready to cancel.

  Avoid at all costs. Primo acquired our water vendor and is easily the worst partner any business has ever had, ever. Zero service, zero response to issues like visibly brown water, yet they keep on sending bills while ignoring any and all outreach from the business for service or support. What an unfortunate and miserable group of humans. We hope they go out of business.

  Absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. The deliveries were inconsistent, I requested less water and they continued to bring so much water that I had no space for it. I had 8 FULL BOTTLES and was still getting deliveries even when I changed my delivery frequency & bottle amount. I am ONE PERSON I cannot drink 8 bottles in a month. My dispenser stopped dispensing cold water & the hot water never worked from the start. I decided to cancel my services with them, and every time I tried customer support they IMMEDIATELY ended the chat even after hours and multiple attempts to connect with them. I called customer service to have this handled & they told me they would be picking up the empty bottles & dispenser on the 9th. Unsurprisingly that did not happen, so I called them back and they told me the pickup was cancelled for no noted reason. They told me they’d be back Monday to pick it up. I told them that will not work for me as I’ve had this junk on my porch for a week now waiting for them. They assured me this would go to their supervisors and would be picked up the next day. I called again today to see what the status of pickup was and they said nothing had been scheduled. I’m letting everybody know now, if this MESS isn’t picked up today, it’s all going to be at the DUMP by Monday. I WILL NOT KEEP THIS MESS AND THESE FEES FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. As much as I don’t want to be wasteful, I’m so beyond over it. It’s all going in the trash.

  So many issues with this service. They have yet to complete a successful water delivery. Would not recommend them at all. Just get a Walmart delivery for Primo water. Ready refresh excels in dropping the ball.
