Pretty weak experience. If you have indeed or any other hiring website access, you can do what they do. They just throw random, uncredentialed people at you and hope one sticks. Money hungry energy as well. You’re essentially paying double for an employee that you could just find yourself. Solid waste of money. Would not recommend.

Insight Global did a wonderful job in not only setting me up with a job, but placing me into a position relating to my desired career path (finance) when it seemed as if no one was hiring. Prior to my current job, I had worked in a sales job but was unhappy with it, and unhappier with the job market as it seems it was the only type of position available for college students with undergrad positions. After leaving that job and months of applying to countless companies, dozens of interviews, and nothing to show for it, I decided to try my luck with a staffing agency to see if it yielded results. To say that Insight Global was quick to find me a position would be an understatement. I had sent my resume in on a Thusday or Friday, and by Monday of the following week a representative from Insight Global reached out to me about a position available to schedule a brief interview with IG on Wednseday. Preliminary interview went great, and she set me up with an interview with IQVIA (formerly Quintiles) for the following day. Long story short, I received an offer from IQVIA later that day and began my first day a work exactly a week later. After months of applying and unemployment and stressing, it felt amazing to have been interviewed, screened, placed, and started my first job in my desired career path in less than 2 weeks. Now that I am six months into this position, my representative in Insight Global still reaches out on occasions to make sure that everything is alright with my position and that I'm happy. IG is wonderful with the contractors that they employ, and I would recommend anyone struggling to change positions / fields to reach out to Insight Global and see if they can place you into the job / position you are aiming for
