- MPMike ParkAug 17, 20262.0The agent their made it tougher for me to return some items back. Ended taking a whole hour out of my schedule because they refused to accept one label for 3 boxes that are clearly labeled 1 of 3 or 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 . So we had to call the vendor to get a label for each item which really was really a huge obstacle that wasn't necessary. Training needs to occur.

But lately I've been in twice and both times I was treated like a bother. The latest time, I was the only person in line but the person working acted like I was interrupting her. No smile, no reply to my saying thank you, nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere with this sort of attitude.
