- HLHolu LaMay 10, 20251.0The past 5 times I’ve been here, the 30-something-aged employee that everyone is talking about is curt, rude, and makes me feel like an idiot, every, single, time. Am I not allowed to ask simple and easy to answer questions about what is considered a fragile piece of mail? Pinnacle is such a warm and friendly neighborhood and we deserve better than this. I (along with several others I’ve talked to) will not ever be back.

- RCRob CookOct 21, 20231.0There is a girl that works at the Pinnacle post office that is tall skinny with dark brown hair that is the most rudest, unfriendly, negative human being that there ever was. Everyone in town complains about her and the post office does nothing about it. I don’t know how she keeps her job. I know go to the pilot mountain post office just to avoid this nasty vile individual and I live right down the road from the pinnacle post office.
