  I ordered my package July 10 it was post be here July 14th I still don’t have my package said my order was on the truck out for delivery on the 14th it’s been 11 days they so called supposed to do any investigation to see were the package is put this location has not reached out or emailed or anything I have item in that package value at 50k I’m getting ready to call my lawyer and take legal action cause it don’t make no since y’all don’t communicate Y’all have haven’t emailed no update no nothing just give people the run around how do you lose some that’s on a truck out for delivery and you can in my neighborhood twice i want who ever is responsible cause you will be held accountable all y’all finna lose y’all jobs and I mean what I say I putting my foot down with y’all I’m not playing no more games

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FedEx. My package was not delivered on time, but what concerns me even more is that the delivery driver falsely claimed they attempted delivery. I was home the entire time, and my fiancé was sitting on our front porch when the driver supposedly made the “attempt.” No one knocked, rang the doorbell, or spoke to anyone. About 20 minutes later, I received a notification stating that delivery had failed because a note had been left on the door. The driver apparently walked up, left a door tag, and left without making any actual attempt to deliver the package. That alone is unacceptable. What makes this even more concerning is that when I checked the tracking information, it showed the package was actually delayed at the FedEx facility. In other words, the package wasn’t even on the driver’s truck when he claimed he attempted delivery. This means the delivery attempt appears to have been completely fabricated. To make matters worse, I contacted FedEx customer service, but they were unable to help. I was told I would receive a follow-up call within 24 hours, and that call has not come yet. Mistakes happen, but falsely documenting delivery attempts, providing inaccurate tracking information, and failing to follow through with customer support are serious issues that undermine customer trust. Customers deserve honesty, accurate updates, and accountability. This experience has significantly damaged my confidence in FedEx, and I sincerely hope the company takes these concerns seriously.

  Ted and brandon helped immensely with finding a very important parcel. Both were very professional, kind, and had a sense of urgency in finding my package. I wish more people would hold themselves to such a high standard. Thank you thank you!
