They assigned a PO Box to my business two years ago and keys and everything were working fine until about three months ago. They have very limited hours so when I was finally able to physically go there to find out why our keys weren't working, I was told that I had the wrong PO Box! All of a sudden they changed my PO Box number without my knowledge and they are now claiming that this was my PO Box all along. All of my vendors, the IRS, the bank, my checks, everything has the PO Box number that I was given two years ago. Someone has now had access to my bank statements, IRS documents and any other mail that was put in the PO Box. The young man I spoke with got frustrated with me because he didn't have answers and then proceeded to hang up on me. It is unbelievable how horrible customer service is and how unprofessionally they are handling their mistake! Stay away from this Post Office.

I don't live nearby, but I travel often from Burlington to Danville, and the place is on the way. As a dual citizen, I have been sending these packages for decades. I know the drill. I know how to write addresses, how to itemize the content, etc. I did the same here. Yet this is the first time any of my packages gets to be returned to sender due to "insufficient customs information." I am very sure I did everything right at my end, and I am very sure that this post office (a rural one, I understand, but they should still know how to send a simple package) did something wrong. Because of the lady here, a child will not receive her Christmas gift in another part of the world. I also lost quite a lot of money. So sad.
