- EEEleonora6 days ago1.0This has already happened about five times. Instead of delivering the package, you simply update the status saying that “the customer requested to hold the package at the post office.” Where is the proof of that? I never requested for my packages to be held at the post office. This is a nightmare. What are people paying for if packages are not being delivered either to the home or even to the mailbox? Every single time I have to waste my time going to the post office and dealing with your mistakes. When will your service finally start doing its job properly and actually delivering packages instead of making up false delivery statuses?
- SHSeth HuberMay 13, 20261.0This is one of the worst runned post offices. I wish I could have talked to the manager to fix the issues we where having with the change of address but they just refused to come out of the office or speak on the phone. Really unhappy with the service.
- KRKrista RApr 30, 20265.0Me and my mom were walking to this post office yesterday when a nice lady in her postal carrier van asked us if we needed any help and my mom said ''We just wanted to put a letter in the mailbox and than she said to my mom ''Is the envelope completely ready?'' my mom answered yes and she said she can take it for us. I don't understand why this post office has a 2.7 rating when it should have a 5 star rating because everyone that works at this post office are extremely nice and very helpful
