- BGBobbi Gaither4 days ago1.0Super long lines and the lady with long blond ish hair has super long talks with customers. We all know how old her mom is and family stuff with a customer. She's nice but when the line is out the door...she needs to be more professional

Rude, long lines, unorganized, etc I don’t think when you have one person working the counter she should have to run all over the place looking for something or spend 15 minutes explaining why they can’t forward their mail to a friend? At other locations, Anytime I have had a problem I was always told to step aside and someone else would help me I’m sure that in the multiple people who are sorting mail at least one is capable of handling issues and helping out by locating the lost packages.

As a business owner, we process around 250–500 packages per week, and we rarely have issues at any other location. Unfortunately, every time we interact with her, she makes the experience unnecessarily stressful. She often belittles my employees, speaks to us in a condescending way, and repeatedly points out what she believes we are doing wrong instead of offering helpful guidance. Because of this, I now drive 20 minutes out of my way to use a different location just to avoid dealing with her attitude. I would really appreciate this being looked into, because we rely on these services heavily for our business and would like to feel comfortable using this location again.
