Had to give 1 star just to post my complaint. :( Ordered straw fishing hat and was delivered by the postal service. Instead of bring it to the house the delivery person shoved it into the mailbox and completely destroyed the hat. The shipper unfortunately shipped the hat in a bag instead of a box, UPS took it to the post office for delivery. But the excuse from the Manager was if things are shipped in a bag we ASSUME that its clothes. Well I'm pretty sure you can tell there were no clothes in the bag and that when you where shoving the item in the mailbox you could hear the straw in the hat give way and break. They don't care about your items nor will they do anything to take responsibility for their services. Why would they need to? The quicker they can throw your items out the quicker they can get done. Not the first time they have messed up an item, wont be the last NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!
