- EGElim GarakJun 7, 20251.0Overnighted a card to my mother the Thursday before the weekend of mother’s day she didn’t receive it til two weeks later and the woman at the desk informed me that there is no guarantee on paid post. Before this, I was told that informed delivery is no guarantee of delivery and that there’s nothing they can do when my mail Is lost. There is zero customer consideration and no accountability. These are just two of multiple examples over the years. Just awful. And I used to live in California this post office is so much worse.

I made a service ticket to investigate the package and usps the next day just said "case closed, couldn't locate." judging from the other reviews (that aren't cared about by the local office manager) someone or a group of people there should be investigated or fired and charged with a federal offense.

Multiple times they have stuck my packages in ants or some crazy place in my yard not only that my package today arrived with a sticky pink substance all over it and I am very upset. Not only that the lady who works at the front desk is just so freaking rude. Seriously what is her problem I have just started going to Albemarle to ship out my packages. Do better Norwood post office!
