- DWDebbie WilliamsJan 19, 20231.0USPS is awful. The phone # sends you to a automated voice service that asks for tracking numbers and letters that may not have from the distributor. Then hangs up and will NOT connect you to a person to explain. My advice don’t order anything that comes through USPS. Only private mailing companies, FedEx or UPS, they hold employees accountable unlike any government funded business.
