- ATADK TRANSMay 14, 20261.0When we first moved here, we were happy to see that this post office was nearby. It seemed very convenient, and we expected good service. Unfortunately, after several experiences there, we completely stopped using this location. We would rather drive 10 miles to another post office than come back here again. The woman working there is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. We once paid extra for certified mail and expedited service for an important time-sensitive letter, but she simply never sent it. The letter took over a month to arrive. At first, we thought it might have been an unfortunate mistake — but then similar issues happened again. On another visit, we were returning a package, and she carelessly threw it into a bin without even scanning it. If I had not noticed and asked about it, the package could have easily been lost. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for important and urgent shipments.
