I just went in I had to mail off some equipment to Bright speed and I'm not going to lie I was scared and overwhelmed because I didn't have the label I didn't know what to do but the girl that acknowledged me when I walked in the door her name is Leah she was a freaking awesome she said all you have to do is go to the bright speed page so I googled it and that's what I did and she literally helped me through the whole process it didn't even take more than 5 minutes she printed out the label and I didn't even have to pay for anything she was the freaking best I'm telling you that girl knows how to do her job she was awesome Thanks Leah❤️ you made the experience so much better helping me cuz I damn sure didn't know what to do

Just came from the UPS store here in New Bern NC and James was our saviour of the day! Helped us thru our confusion and made things far easier than we had been advised might be. Two thumbs up James!! We will see you again!
