They are never on time, and if a package requires a signature, forget it. They won’t knock, ring the doorbell, or acknowledge the obvious signs that someone is home. They are useless and genuinely damaging to the company’s reputation. If your delivery involves this location or lists “Cor’davon Jackson” as the driver, you should be aware of the following steps: • File a support ticket with FedEx • File a complaint with FedEx (separate from the support ticket) • File a complaint with NC Consumer Protection • File a complaint with the BBB • File a complaint with the retailer or sender
