  Employees are VERY short-tempered. I mean, who can blame them considered the ACs been broken for years. But they have very rude tones and act like it's your fault their website lies.

  Today, I went to Staples to drop off a package that I needed to return. We at first went to the UPS area and were quickly told to go to customer service. The lady at customer service was insanely rude. She told my grandmother and I that we had to take our item out of the box we were given for an amazon return and then threw it into a random box. She had a pair of scissors to cut the box open but would not cut it for us. Then she laughed rudely when we didn't hear her say that we needed the box open. Then she told my grandmother "this isn't my first rodeo". She didn't say have a great day just glared at us. I wanted to get out of Staples because this lady was so rude. We told her thank you and she said yep, okay bye. This lady was customer service and she was just one of the rudest people I've ever met here on the island. Do better staples! You guys usually have the best workers and the man at UPS area was so kind. I don't write negative reviews usually but today was an exception. Not to expose this woman but she has gray hair and glasses. She is an older lady.

  There's a guy most time I go in there. It's never wearing a uniform + always has an attitude. I don't think customer service is in his lexicon. He seems to work in the copy area. I've been in there to go to the Amazon return desk and I've had mixed results In terms of customer service. There seems to be a certain level of Joy. Some of the employees have when they can refuse a return. They also seem to be seriously understaffed. Just this week I was there and I was told they were closing early due to short staffing. That sounds like a management problem either at the store or higher up.
