- CCCharles CartretteAug 20, 20261.0Let me start by saying the people at the front desk do the best they can. My problem here is management or lack of it. over the last several weeks I have had to make 5 trips to this office. All due to carrier issues. My normal delivery guy does a jamb up job but for some reason someone else is delivering out mail and it has gotten to point I seldom get stuff. I constantly get call tags saying no safe place to leave package and yet the mailbox is empty and they dont bring package to my house. Then tags saying cant be delivered or no one was available to get package when Im home all day. The excuses go on and on. The carrier refuses to bring the stuff to the house which is less than 1/8 mile up a gravel road. Now Im getting packages thru amazon that USPS delivers that say item delivered only to get the package a few days later in the mailbox. I have went to the post office several time and l have left messages for the post master or the blond lady to contact me about these issues and never once gotten a call back. The reviews for this place speak for themselves. its terrible. The management needs to be fired from this location.

- MZMike ZbreskiJun 26, 20261.0I live in town and was coordinating my mother moving to town. She bought a house and I set up the mailbox. My mother ordered appliances and was waiting on a Lowe’s credit card in the mail to pay for them. Post office confirmed that mail was delivered but it was clearly lost because the box was empty. I went in 3 times and they couldn’t find it. I said to the supervisor “so you just lose someone’s credit card and say oops and shrug your shoulders?” and he literally responded “pretty much”. He acknowledge that they are incompetent and acknowledged that they don’t care that they are incompetent.
