  Returning Amazon purchases today at Staples and stood and waited for the employee to finish one conversation then I had to wait on her to huge and kiss her lunch delivery guy and then she had the nerve to hand out what she had delivered while I stood there and waited on her. You are at work, all that should have been done on your lunch! So unprofessional in so many ways! It job not a makeout session or a social gathering passing out lunch. And poor management on her management that was working right there. Hope you’re Chick-fil-a was good we customers didn’t enjoy it as much as you did! How rude!

  I had an online order shipped to this location for pickup. unfortunately, the product that arrived was not what was advertised (if it sounds too good to be true it usually is!) it was sort of busy in the store when i went but the young man at the register was all smiles and super polite. He began the return/refund process and had me out of there pretty quick. Staples should give this man a raise, he put a smile on ny face despite the disappointment with my order. ***a size note: whilst waiting in line I got to check out a large format print being shown to a customer; it was for a kids birthday and they had made movie posters with the kids face photoshopped onto various superheroes, it was all very well done and they looked awesome . im sure the kid will LOVE it and what a great idea!

  Bought a printer from here with the extended 4 year warranty. Printer stopped working, went to store & they would not honor the warranty, said the computer was out of warranty when they sold it. Now we have to send in tons of paperwork online to honor the warranty that should have already been taken care of in store!

  I needed a certain kind of Avery labels. They did not have what I needed in stock. The associate took the time to find several orher items that covered my need. Excellent customer service.

  I will never go back to a store where the employees are thieves, putting in your personal phone number when I tell you, I don’t wanna give you my phone number and getting points for my purchase is theft!!!! you didn’t spend the money and you’ve had no right to put your phone number in on my purchase. You have been reported and it’ll be a cold day in hell before this staples gets another penny for me or the business I have we’ve spent probably about $14,000 in computers and other supplies there in the past 3-5 year but obviously you don’t care and train employees to steal and commit fraud!!!!! Disgusting
