I will never go back to a store where the employees are thieves, putting in your personal phone number when I tell you, I don’t wanna give you my phone number and getting points for my purchase is theft!!!! you didn’t spend the money and you’ve had no right to put your phone number in on my purchase. You have been reported and it’ll be a cold day in hell before this staples gets another penny for me or the business I have we’ve spent probably about $14,000 in computers and other supplies there in the past 3-5 year but obviously you don’t care and train employees to steal and commit fraud!!!!! Disgusting

Got to speak with the new GM, Tyler yesterday and let me tell you what, it’s very relieving to know the store is improving and getting much better even with the staff problem. Store looks so good within a short amount of time. He’s a fixer and the energy there is different. Previous management was letting it go downhill and quick. Im very glad he and the team are doing great. Now only if my fellow customer comrades understand his situation. Great Job Staples on this talent! You guys made the right move!

I’m glad Mount Airy has a Staples. I like it better than Office Depot for office supplies. However, since I no longer run my own business, I now use Staples mainly for household, not business, supplies. It seems that the quality of the store has gone downhill in the last few years. More items out of stock. Pricing discrepancies between the shelf price and the register price, and the nagging feeling that no one is really in charge of running the store. That being said, I prefer buying calendars, Sharpies, printer paper, ring binders, etc. from a local brick and mortar store, than from Amazon, and I hope our local Staples stays in business
