They are always courteous, greet us with a smile, and take the time to make sure our mail and packages are delivered safely. Their hard work, even in bad weather, does not go unnoticed. We really appreciate everything they do for our community!
- JPJohnny PopeMar 14, 20251.0Can’t deliver my mail because of road construction I guess? Did everyone in this five mile construction zone not get their mail on 3/13/2025? Was expecting an important package to be delivered that day only to get an update on tracking saying they couldn’t access my mailbox I guess. Kind of a stretch but ok. Arrive home today 3/14/2025 expecting my package to be in there but nope. Even though the tracking said they would try the next. Had other mail in the mailbox but not my package. So where is it? Tracking update hasn’t changed since yesterday. I go to call post office at 4:40 to realize they close at 4:30. What happened to 5:00 Now I have to either wait and see if it comes tomorrow, call and try and find it or go to post office. The whole deal is unacceptable
- HSHector SalinasApr 11, 20231.0Had Notice slip due to a registered package coming in, I scheduled a pick up and when I arrived to pick up my package it wasn't there anymore , they sent it back to the sender without even giving me a chance to get it, and to make it worse it was shipped from overseas
- BBBarbara BryanApr 26, 20191.0How ridiculous can you get of course there's no one at home during the day people work! If I didn't want my packages left at my home I would tell somebody! However we are not allowed to have the local telephone number so we call their ridiculous quote customer service department, and you might get a call back in 2 hours! I thought the postal service was ridiculous when it was run by the government but at least you had someone besides incompetent people running it! Half the time I have someone else's mail in my box so probably my mail is in someone else's box.
