Jason waited on us and gave us nothing but attitude, rude and disrespectful. The fact that this guy still has a job is beyond my comprehension.
- DWDan WeaverJul 31, 20261.0The problems with the employees is because the postmaster is rude and unprofessional. It trickles downhill. Went to the post office to tell her about my carrier talking on her phone while sitting on the road and putting mail in our mailboxes. I told her this is dangerous and illegal. She said that it wasn't. I said that I was going to file an official complaint. Her response, "go ahead ". I filed the complaint, with the NC code that says it is illegal. Got a call from the postmaster the next day. Asked if she had talked to the carrier. Answer was no. Got the impression that she was not going to because it wasn't a big issue. It would just be my word versus the carrier. Asked her if it would be different if I had a video of her doing it. My answer, "no". Postmaster looked down at the counter or was putting postage on a package she kept fumbling with. The US government will be taking over the USPS soon because of the rude and unprofessional management they employ.
