- BBBlackButterflyMay 31, 20261.0How are you legally holding people's mail hostage and not being held accountable? I live in the housing development and we share a community mail parcel but also have porch mail boxes. We haven't had our mail delivered for two weeks now over a key that supposedly doesn't work to the parcel says the lady mail carrier. She also stated to one of the neighbors that they don't pay her overtime to deliver mail to people's porches or else she would. This is the first, the second, not the third time that this has happened. Some of us have meds, bills, SSI checks, tax checks and etc. that we have been waiting on and because of a key that we have no control over, we can't get our mail?! Housing doesn't have anything to do with this seeing that this is a federal box. Something has got to be done about this and immediately. I work from 8-6pm so I can't go physically to retrieve my mail and the phone lines stay busy or inoperable.

I drive a commercial vehicle that is absolutely terrible in the snow and I don’t even have chains but I have no problem getting to and from home… they have chains and still can’t deal with it.
- TBThomas BlackburnJan 23, 20261.0Had a package out for delivery today (actually 2 packages) and one was delivered and the other showed a status of " Delivery Attempt Held at Post Office, At Customer Request". I never requested this and my job hours are 8-5 M-F which doesn't allow me to physically go during the week and they are closed on Saturday. I called 5 times in the afternoon from about 1:45 until 4:15pm and it rang numerous times with no one ever answering and eventually it just went to a busy signal.
