Every time, the app shows that my package was delivered to my front door, but in reality the driver just throws it downstairs and leaves it there. This is completely unacceptable and very unsafe, as anyone can take the package. I have reported this issue multiple times, yet nothing has changed. I’m extremely frustrated with this poor service and lack of accountability. Do your job properly and deliver packages to the correct location. Enough is enough.
