However, when we arrived, the front desk staff was not customer-friendly and was not helpful in resolving the issue. We ended up waiting in the car for almost an hour while calling UPS customer service again, only to be told conflicting information. After paying extra for the hold service, it was extremely disappointing that the packages were still refused for release to the customer. Overall, the process was stressful, inconvenient, and poorly handled
