  I’m sure this store is similar to many UPS stores across the country. What makes this one stand out are the people. Rashy, specifically. Always has a great attitude and looking to help. Good people make all the difference.

  I have shopped at many UPS stores. Service is good at them all. But at this particular store the service people, Rashy and CJ, are truly outstanding and should make UPS very proud. They always make my visits there a pleasure!

  I was at the store on Jun 16 to return an Amazon return. One of employees had a good laugh about me asking them about providing a bag for the return package. He was helping another customer but was still had a keen interest in my matters.

  I was outside the UPS Store on a business call with a large box to return and was unable to go inside. Josh noticed I might need help, came out, took my package, scanned it, and brought me the receipt. His kindness and initiative made the process incredibly easy and convenient. Sometimes the little things make a big difference, and Josh’s excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Josh, for going above and beyond. Keep up the great work! – Sabitra

  The store was supposed to close at 4:30 p.m. I arrived at 4:28 p.m., but it was already closed. I stood outside and called, wishing to pick up my package cause they close tomorrow. but the staff member simply said they were closed and hung up on me. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Will never use this pickup site anymore.
