- VVVesperAug 19, 20261.0I don't like talking to the usps workers who don't like their job or don't want to help customers at their job because of their own personal issues. Last time I was there to get help for a passport application they told me they couldn't help me with it because usps doesn't do it that way (when it says online on their own usps site that they could at that location) The worker wanted me out of there quick and I could tell, she wasn't willing to take time to help me. So I drove to the valdese usps and they just did it for me and got what I needed done, the worker their told me I had the incorrect form printed and handed me a correct one and took their time to help me. Hats off to the valdese usps. If your fed up with the morganton usps you can always head up to valdese they are willing to help you atleast. I go there now for all my mailing and packaging.

Since last year our packages have been marked delivered but we never received them just to find out it was getting delivered to other addresses, we did eventually have them go find our packages but some were never recovered. Once in a long time is understandable since people makes mistakes but every other packages or so is not acceptable. Everytime we order something from amazon or other places we have to wonder if we're even going to get our packages or not. I've never had any issues with the post office itself workers at the counter are usually great and helpful but the delivery service could be way better

She stated that he was talking and being friendly to the white folks in front of her but when she approached him and asked how he was doing as she does to everyone she deals with, he ignored her twice and proceeded to ask" how can I help you". She stated he had an attitude the whole process...hello and how are you , just 4 simple words should kill anyone working in the public.....
