    I had no idea there was a new UPS store in my area. Very convenient as I sell items on eBay! Nathan was friendly and had my packages ready to ship in a jiffy :) Very happy customer!

    Very clean and stocked store. The employees are knowledgable and Rakesh is most helpful. I have shipped items out of this store and have also had papers notarized. This UPS store is 5 stars for sure.

    The store manager was exceptional. He helped me navigate a difficult shipping issue and stayed committed to finding a solution from start to finish. Going above and beyond is truly an understatement. Where others may have simply said the package couldn't be shipped, he remained patient, resourceful, and determined to help. His professionalism, dedication, and customer service were outstanding. Top-notch service and a great example of what customer care should look like.

    I never leave reviews unless it's really bad service BUT in all honesty good reviews make a BIG difference too! I am HUGE on customer service because good customer service seems to have gone out the window. Anywhere I go people seem so unhappy with their jobs and it's sad for us customers. So I felt I needed to give 5 stars to a young man that works at UPS! If I remember correctly his name is Nathan, I usually am bad with names but this young man left a good impact on my stressful day when I had a few packages to ship and shipping packages overwhelms me! I want to say thank you to Nathan for your professionalism, being helpful and most of all for being so friendly and keeping a smile on your face!! I found my new UPS store!! I usually do my shipping in the mornings, I hope Nathan is available in the AM!! New store looks good! Again thank you šŸ™šŸ¼
