  I had a very disappointing experience with Staples iin Mooresville, NC, specifically with an employee named Brandon. I had originally placed an order for menus a few days earlier. There was an issue with the paper I selected on that first order, so I called and spoke with another employee before the order was printed to make sure the correct paper was being used. The employee was helpful and corrected the issue over the phone. I think his name was Nathan. A few days later, I placed another order for the same menus and even spoke with another associate, who assured me that my new order would be made the same way as my previous order. I placed the order around 11 PM on the 12th for same\-day pickup\. On the 13th, I called to check on the order, and Brandon told me it would be ready in about 30 minutes. However, within those 30 minutes, Brandon called and told me they couldn’t complete my order because of an issue with the paper\. I went to the store in person because I wanted to explain exactly what had happened with my previous order and hopefully get the issue resolved\. Unfortunately, Brandon’s attitude was extremely rude and sarcastic. Instead of listening to me and trying to understand the situation, he was dismissive and continued speaking to me in an unprofessional manner. I repeatedly tried to explain what I had previously ordered and what I had been told by the other employees, but I felt like he was more interested in arguing with me than helping resolve the issue. I asked to speak with a manager, and Brandon told me that **he was the manager**. His attitude continued throughout the conversation, and I left extremely unhappy with both the customer service and the way the situation was handled. Mistakes and misunderstandings with an order can happen. What matters is how you treat the customer and attempt to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected or valued as a customer during this experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional and could easily cause a customer to take their business elsewhere.

  I had an exceptional experience with Gabriel at the Staples in Mooresville. I needed passport photos for a Jamaican passport, which have different requirements than standard U.S. passport photos, and Gabriel went above and beyond to help make sure the photos met the specific requirements. He was patient, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done correctly. What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply take the photos and send me on my way he took the time to understand what I needed and worked with me to make sure I left with photos that met the requirements. Gabriel is truly representative of what excellent customer service should look like: listening to the customer, understanding their needs, and doing everything possible to help. If you’re in the Mooresville area and need passport photos taken, whether for a U.S. passport or another country with specific photo requirements, I highly recommend asking for Gabriel. He is the ultimate professional, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. Thank you, Gabriel, for making what could have been a stressful process so much easier!

  I ordered some printing online. I uploaded a single page and asked that 10 copies be made on cardstock. Work was done quickly - but when I looked at them closely, I realized that the image was shifted on the copies. I brought them back and pointed it out to the person on duty. He quickly corrected the problem and I was out with 10 perfect copies in 10 minutes. My thanks to the gentleman who helped me at the Mooresville.

  STAPLES in Mooresville on River Hwy, has always been a resource for recycling my spent laser ink cartridges, and purchasing office supplies with the credits that creates. Staff are cordial and knowledgeable. 5 stars!
