  The workers here are always professional, helpful and extremely kind. Even during busy times, this station keeps things moving. Excellent teamwork. Jennifer (manager) has made this into a fabulous FedEx.

  I wouldn't have written a review for such a small thing, but the lady (I didn't catch her name, but seemed like the manager) went above and beyond for me with a copy/ shrinking/ laminating deal I had. Very nice people there for this visit.

  5 stars, would print again I have been coming to this FedEx Office for years, first at the old location and now here at the new one. Same crew, new address, same me walking in with total confidence and absolutely nothing attached to my email. Tekura has been with me through all of it. Two locations, countless copy jobs, and an unbroken streak of me either forgetting the file or attaching the wrong one. Somehow it is always a document from 2019 that I do not recognize. She has never sighed. She has never judged. She just waits patiently while I dig through my inbox like a raccoon going through a purse, then makes it happen anyway. Tekura, you are a saint and I hope you are compensated accordingly. She was not in today, so Jenn stepped in, and Jenn was outstanding. Helpful, accommodating, genuinely pleasant, and clearly running a tight ship. Every time I walk in here the staff actually seem to like each other, which in retail is roughly as rare as a unicorn. Great crew. Great culture. I will be back next week with no attachments.

  People make the difference! Jennifer Moreno is the manager at this location, and she absolutely made a difference for me and my family. I had a mishap with a sectional/modular couch that shipped in 20 pieces while I was on vacation, and Jennifer saved the day for me. She certainly went above and beyond to do the right thing and to make my life a whole lot easier. We owe a great debt of thanks to this FedEx location for keeping our packages safe.

  After a very poor experience at the Huntersville FedEx I had lost hope in customer service. The next day I decided to give this Mooresville location a try and boy did it turn my outlook on FedEx around. I was kindly greeted by the staff, and after explaining my issue to Jenn, she helped me come up with a solution that was logical and fair. After Jenn presented the idea to her team, Ariana kindly walked me through the process of getting my packaged shipped, while Jenn actually packed the package by hand herself. After my experience, I will gladly make the drive from Huntersville to Mooresville for all my shipping needs, just to give Jenn and her team my business.
