    This is the slowest usps I have ever dropped anything off at. Dropped my item off 3 days ago and still has not been shipped while every other usps I’ve dropped packages off will have it shipped out the same day, or the morning after. Not to mention the workers are rude and lazy, do not answer the phone, and act like they have better things to be doing.

    The mail delivery people need to do a better job on delivering mail to the correct location. I had to do my own research to find my package since they delivered it to the wrong house. They need to read the numbers correctly when delivering packages. For example, the number on my house is 2525 and my package was delivered to 2625.

    No one ever answers the phone. Not once have anyone ever answered. Then when you ride up there they are rude and unhelpful. Don’t understand how they keep such incompetent people working there

    Very dissapointed with my experience here. Tried to send an international package (that i had barely any problems sending before at other locations), the biggest thing that made me extremely frustrated is how a full hour of my time was wasted because right when the lady at the counter was about to accept my package she suddenly declined stating that "we cant send this, you either take out the snacks or they need to be packaged by the manufacturer" never explained if it was a new rule from US postal service or the contry I was sending to, and when I asked to explain all I was told was "they need to be in a BOX made by the manufacturer" ??? and I had to leave confused and frustrated because this has never happened before, wasted an hour of my time for nothing. When I was able to sit down and look up the rules of the county I was sending to, suprise surprise, it only said "in order to be admissible, the food items listed must be packed by the manufacturer" No mention of boxes, no nothing of what I was told, it wasnt like I put opened m&ms into a sandwich bag and threw it into the box! It was sealed in its retail packaging directly by the company that made it, so HOW was that not packed by the manufacturer?? Extremely weird way of leading me in a circle when filling out paperwork, and then outright telling me we will not accept your package. If i could put zero I would.
