  UPS Store - Mebane! Stellar customer service. They are quick and efficient. I am always greeted with a smile. Staff is very friendly and professional. My packages are handled carefully and always arrive on time. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs.

  I used to utilize the UPS store in Burlington and while it served its purpose and the staff is pleasant, it was further to travel than I always had time for. When I found that this location opened much closer to me, I was delighted. The staff at this location is amazing. They are friendly, efficient and very personable. I’ve been in a few times for Amazon returns and shipping packages and they remember me each time. I am so pleased to have them local!

  Welcome to Mebane! I was in the store yesterday for the first time and was very pleased with the service. Handled my two returns with efficiency and gracious service. The gentlemen who served me asked me if I would like him to sing for me. We had a pleasant transaction. So glad to have you in Mebane!

  Nice young man here help me get my fuel card from my company after Lost my wallet. 🪪 They follow all the right protocols to make sure you are the exact person supposed to be receiving it !! Had my birth certificate and temporary license at first they wasn’t accepting it until they double check everything

  I was genuinely excited when I heard Mebane was getting a UPS Store because I thought it would make Amazon returns much easier and more convenient. Unfortunately, after two separate visits, I have been given conflicting information both times about how returns are handled. Instead of making the process easier, it has created more confusion and wasted time. At this point, it seems easier to go back to the old process of printing my own labels and taking the packages to Wrap Pack & Ship. I had hoped this location would be a convenient option for Amazon returns, but based on my experience so far, it has not been reliable or consistent.
