Love doing business at this UPS store. Everyone is friendly and the wait time is minimal. They are helpful and they are happy to help their customers and have a great attitude! I like taking my Amazon returns to this location. I will continue to come back here.

Great group of guys! Everyone interacted with me! They answered all my questions and even gave my kids a lollipop! I asked for one as well and was given permission to take one(possible two)! 😂 Please come see these guys for all your needs!

That guy Clint is soooo nice. Uncle is so kind to everyone and Mr KP is just the sweetest to all the customers. Come check them out for Prints, Notary and drop offs. Even get some boxes for moving.

I recently had to ship a laptop and realized hours later that I had put the wrong power cord in the package. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. It was around 4:30 p.m. when I showed up to see if I could retrieve the package and switch out the power cords. You can imagine how many boxes were at the store by that time! The team was super helpful and took the time to find my box so I could make the switch. Even though the mistake was completely mine, they went out of their way to help me, and I really appreciated it.

I had to return an Amazon package and every other UPS store I went into were kind of rude. But KP, Unc, Clint made my experience absolutely amazing. Definitely go to the UPS store on Mebane Oaks Rd beside Highway 55.
