  Easy Peezy lemon squeezy return of three Amazon items. Just scanned the QR code that Amazon sent and items were returned! Store is clean. Employees were helpful and efficient!

  Clint waited on me and he was WONDERFUL! I had a huge Amazon return, that proved to be rather complicated. He was so patient and kind. Love this store!!

  DO NOT SHOP AT UPS! UPS failed to provide the shipping service I paid for, and my package ended up stuck because of problems with the postage. Instead of resolving the issue, customer service was unhelpful and simply told me to pay additional fees to recover my own package. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer support. I expected accountability, not extra charges for their mistake.

  The new UPS store in Mebane near the Walmart is an amazing addition to the the retail landscape. They're the only shipping store in Mebane that offers Amazon returns by QR code, which I appreciate. I've been in so many times and every time, I'm warmly greeted, helped right away and walk away feeling confident that they'll get it right. Today, I discovered that they offer printing services! They helped design what I wanted, make paper and binding choices, and were patient through the entire process, which only took 15 minutes. It was really affordable as well. They also have mailbox rentals, offer shredding services, can fax things and can notarize as well. I highly recommend them!
