  What a wonderful experience at The UPS Store located in Mebane! This father-and-son-owned store is clean, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. I came in with a return that needed a little extra help. I had reused a shipping bag from something completely different, and the label I needed printed had something printed on the back of the paper. They assured me the bag was perfectly fine and told me they would take care of everything. I honestly expected there to be some kind of fee for the extra help, but nope! They simply took care of everything and said, “Thank you, ma’am. Have a great day!” Great customer service and genuine kindness go a long way these days. I was so appreciative that I actually blew them air kisses on my way out! 😂 They probably thought I was a little crazy, but I was just that grateful!

  Used the Mebane UPS store today for the first time. The customer service was excellent. Clint helped me with my return and answered all my questions. Will return to this location in the future!!

  Absolutely the best place to ship and return items. I returned my Spectrum WiFI equipment and I was greeted politely by staff and an associate named Clint was so nice and thorough packaging and labeling my return items. I couldn’t be any happier. This is where I will start going from now on.

  Worst UPS experience ever at this store.....i tried to refuse delivery of a package I didnt order and they wouldn't send it back. Instead I had to track down the sender, get a return lable, and then they charged me $2.12 to print the lable out on a 1 cent piece of computer paper and tape it back to the box with 1 cent of tape. It would have been cheaper for me to do the wrong thing and just steal the package and blame UPS for it....
