  I went in to return Amazon items and their self serve kiosks were out of order. I walked up to the regular counter and without even greeting me, the employee turned and said "I can't accept anymore Amazon returns today. We close soon and I'm drowning. You'll have to come back tomorrow." No apology, no smile, just very short and rude. I will be bringing my business to another store. I understand that sometimes things are out of order, but to be turned away during business hours when she could have helped me, but just didn't want to, is unacceptable. At least be apologetic about the inconvenience.

  Rude and negative employee today. I walked in and was met with “if that’s an Amazon return, I can’t take any more I’m swimming in them. You’ll have to come back tomorrow.” Or…since you’re the business you could take it from me now and process tomorrow. Horrible attitude, unhelpful, no greeting, no dialogue

  The associates that work there are amazing. They go the extra mile in helping people!

  The young lady working there in the morning is not good at customer service. And obviously she is hating this job. She complains loudly about this or that. Today she was on her phone talking to someone sitting at the back without acknowledging customers.

  They just packed my return without informing me that I will be charged 5 bucks for box they are using. I had the original box in my car and could have easily used it instead. Only if they would have informed me in advance before packing. Employees are sweet and friendly but manager is just the opposite.
