  The young lady working there in the morning is not good at customer service. And obviously she is hating this job. She complains loudly about this or that. Today she was on her phone talking to someone sitting at the back without acknowledging customers.

  They just packed my return without informing me that I will be charged 5 bucks for box they are using. I had the original box in my car and could have easily used it instead. Only if they would have informed me in advance before packing. Employees are sweet and friendly but manager is just the opposite.

  The employees at this store are very rude and don’t want to work. I dropped off a pre labeled package last week and was told I needed to process it myself at the computer system. I explained that I’m not an employee and don’t prefer to do that but was forced to do so regardless. According to the tracking, the package never left the store. Only shows that it was dropped off. When I called the store to inquire they’re about as useless as can be and just told me they didn’t have the package. Now my package has seemingly vanished. Probably got stolen by the rude employee or snatched out of the bin near the door because they didn’t want to put it behind the counter after it was scanned. The two stores on Providence Rd are much more professional and I will never come back to this location even though it’s closest to my house. Now I have to eat the cost of the package and replace the merchandise. Stay away from this location. The reviews say it all.

  I arrived at 3:31 while customers were in the store and the employee would not allow me inside to scan an Amazon return. He claimed the systems were down and they were closed (3:30) despite a woman using the Amazon return system at that moment. Customer service moment, failed.

  Got some items printed on card stock. They ran out of card stock halfway through and printed the rest on regular printer paper without letting us know. Went back after realizing it, they said they were out of card stock but would order it and have it the next day. Repeat two times. Still don't have card stock. Ended up having to go to a different UPS franchise and pay for reprint. It's a little thing, but at least be honest about it and don't just try to get away with not delivering the expected goods.
