  I’ve used many UPS stores in multiple states. This is by far the best one. They are polite and efficient. Nothing is ever a bother. Will not use a different one if I can help it.

  What an attitude this guy has… Refused to notarize documents with some excuses. Another notary notarized them no problem, in five minutes. Not sure what the problem is with this guy.

  The reason I’m giving the highest rating is because I get such a high level of service when I visit. Dom has been so helpful to me on more occasions than I can count. He has helped with notary of documents and many packages and numerous printing requests. Dom is personable, pays close attention to detail and always makes me feel welcome. Dom sets the example for someone that sincerely treats every customer interaction with the utmost care.

  Doms customer service is exceptional. We only come to this UPS Store because each time we do Dom is always going one step beyond. Patiently explaining processes helping solve problems, all with a smile. We appreciate this first class level of service.
