- MLMichelle LeighApr 29, 20221.0Carrier service has steadily went downhill over the last few years, however, this morning was a new low when I was informed by Amazon that the carrier stated I had requested to have my packages picked up at the post office. There is not an occasion that I can ever foresee where I would request that. I never spoke with a carrier. I wasn't even home for the carrier to speak with me. Nobody called me. I did not request this, and this is a complete fabrication. I can deal with getting the mail at all hours of the day and inconsistencies there, but It is a completely different story when it comes to a carrier stating they had spoken with me and I had requested the package be held at the post office when I absolutely did not. To make matters even worse, there's no way to get through to the post office on a telephone line. None. In the grand scheme of things I suppose this sounds petty, but honesty is extremely important when it comes to delivering mail.
