- SRSherrie Robinson6 days ago1.0They will not answer the phone. I called at 12:50 and tried all the way up to 1:00pm when they take lunch. No one picked up at all. I work in customer service and even if I am taking care of someone else, I pick the phone up as that is part of the job. Maybe they need a class on what customer service is. If I could give less than one star, I would.
