I was outside on the day my package was to be delivered she put the mail in my box but didn't even give me my package I was right there in my driveway not even 15 feet from my mailbox. People get life and death medications in the mail and they dont even care.
- MMMarySep 17, 20211.0I can see why the USPS is going under rural mail route is the worst. I enjoyed my previous carrier he would bring my packages back to my home. I live at the end of a dirt road, however my new postal carriers will not do that. I am not far from the main road 0.8 to be exact. Today takes the cake I had two packages to be delivered one was , but the other one was taken back to post office as they stated per “customer request “ now why would I do that . Never talked to anyone or requested this . So over it . Thank goodness for UPS and FedEx

- AJAmy JeanetteSep 20, 20181.0Only giving one star because I have to. I’ve lost numerous packages and mail and have been told that there’s a new mail person on my route so “please bear with them”. I’ve lost other packages, from this same “mail person” and Lumber Bridge now Hope Mills can seem to find my packages. Every time anyone takes my number, I have been told I’ll be given a call back yet nobody calls me back. This is ridiculous. I will be going to Saint Paul’s and getting a P.O Box because I have NEVER had any problems with them as long as I have lived in Saint Paul’s for the past 20 years!
