  The store is convenient but the employees could use some training in proper customer service. I worked with the people for thirty years and I don’t think they have had proper training. Like greeting your customers with a smile not like I would rather be anywhere than here. I’ve been in this store a lot and when the door closes to the outside I can’t wait to get back out the door they just aren’t very friendly and it’s uncomfortable.

  I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Both times I've been in to send back Amazon packages, I've been met with total indifference to my presence in the store. But this last time, it went even further - the employee didn't properly scan both of my items (only one of them) and I didn't notice until I got home and found that Amazon only had one of the items marked as returned (yes, I know it can take some time, but this isn't the case here - I wasn't looking for the refund, just the notification). I call back and the employee tells me that I'll just have to come back "today" or nothing can be done - when I'm already home and they close in 10 minutes. I go out to look for the receipt in my car, find that indeed I only have a receipt for one item, and I try to call back to see if I can email the other one since there isn't time to get there before they close (and yes, he was fully aware that there was more than one item as we went over that multiple times in the store), and he just doesn't answer the phone. Sure, maybe another customer walked in and he was too busy 10 seconds after he hung up on me the first time, but more likely it was time to close based on the attitude I received. One of the worst.customer.experiences.ever. Please, whomever owns this store, find someone who cares - there are plenty of people who need jobs. I won't be back under any circumstances, even though I'll have to drive another 30 minutes out of my way.

  Staff was super kind via phone and in store. When I came inside, all customers were having issues with their orders. They were all assisted and taken care of as quickly as possible. Will definitely return if I need anything printed or shipped.

  Will not be coming here again. Had an Amazon return. Had it in the brown paper bag (THAT IT WAS DELIVERED IN) I was told I needed a box and tap to send it out. I have to pay 4 for the box, and 3.99 for the tap. I said ‘no thank you’. It was a 10 thing, they wanted 8 to send it back when it’s a “FREE” return.
