Absolutely pathetic mail service. The Lillington Post Office has become so unreliable that our entire Duncans Crossing community regularly deals with missed delivery days, mail put in the wrong boxes, packages lost or misdelivered, and even community mailboxes being left unsecured. We were expecting roughly 16–20 pieces of mail across Friday, Saturday, and Monday and received ONE piece—the medication we were waiting for. We've already reported these problems locally and apparently nothing changes. Judging by the other reviews, we're clearly not the only people in Lillington dealing with this disaster. Staffing problems are USPS's responsibility to solve, not an excuse for an entire community to wonder whether its mail will show up, disappear, or end up at somebody else's house. At this point we're documenting everything and escalating the ongoing service failures above the local office because expecting USPS to simply deliver the mail should not be asking too much.

I only gave this place 1 star because I had to 0 wasn’t an option. They are constantly “misdelivering” important packages and I never get them. Frustrating process to get the refunds from these companies/USPS when literally all it takes is for the mail carriers to do their job. I’ve never lived in a place where this happens constantly. 0/3 in the last 6 weeks.

The Office is OK, BUT, the mail delivery is absolutely horrible. The carriers cannot read English and constantly misdeliver. The sooner the USPS goes under, the better the country will be.

If I could give it less than one star I would. First I couldn’t get my mail delivered because I moved into a new subdivision and the postmaster said I would have to fill out several forms. I had already done that and showed her the proof via emails. Apparently she doesn’t understand how to do her job because the verification was in black and white. She is the most ignorant, unhelpful, and lazy employee I have ever encountered. Second I was supposed to have a USPS delivery from Amazon delivered to my address. Instead of delivering it, they left a message that I had to pick it up at the post office. RIDICULOUS!!
