Since February, 2026, the person has given me someone else's mail (including utility bills), has given me a large package addressed to someone else, and has given a valuable package addressed to me (with tracking number) to someone else--actually put the package in lockbox but gave me a key that had a package for someone else. I never received my package. What disgusting and untrustworthy services from our USPS!!!

The delivery drivers will mark an address as unreadable or undeliverable or delivery attempt was made but nobody was home. Every time I’ve complained they say they will talk with the driver. Our neighbor had one of mail ladies look in his front door (glass door) and was peeping on his family. She didn’t knock. She also squatted and urinated in his driveway. When he called to report this they told her what was said verbatim and nothing was done. She confronted him instead of actually changing her behavior. I’ve had two packages this week marked as delivery attempt made. Or business closed. My cameras tell a different story. In fact the mail vehicle never even drove by my home. They raise the rates, they lower the amount of days they work, and the service gets worse. Must be nice to have a job you underperform at and still get rewarded…
