  I can't tell you how thankful I am for The UPS store. I have used their services multiple times and have been impressed with their professionalism. Today I was especially thankful that the provided Notary services. I had a document that was time sensitive and the only Notary I was familiar with was 40 minutes away and since it was Saturday, they were not available. I went to the UPS Store first thing today. Not only did they notorize the document, they faxed it to the company and emailed me a copy of it in case I needed to email it to the company. I left there with piece of mind. Thank you!!!!!

  I walked in to a very busy counter and the young lady at the counter was working diligently and politely with all guests. Johnathan, however was rude and disrespectful to three separate customers including my self. One customer asked for assistance with the self check out and Johnathan said he did it wrong and told home he was trying to go home and was supposed to go home and hour ago. Second, customer was called to the counter by Johnathan and he rudely told him that his shipment needs had to be handled by the post office and then asked for the next customer with explaining why or waiting for the customer to leave the counter space. I was the third customer I ask him how he was doing today and he did not replay. I then asked to have a very small box processed to be shipped. He looked at me and said “she is going to have to help you im trying to get out of here and I was supposed to go home an hour ago and walked off. A fourth customer came in while the other attendant was helping me and asked Johnathan if he could take several packages that were already labeled and ready to ship. He replied no and turned his back saying I’m trying to get out of here. I was supposed to go home and hour ago. We all have bad days but taking it out on customers is just rude and unprofessional. I will not be back.

  Owner was amazing, handled all of my needs. Notary went smooth without a hitch. Would recommend 10/10. GOOD PRICES TOO!

  Over $100 quoted to ship a single golf club. Online was quoted $22. Employee tried to claim the online quote is “outdated”. Criminals. Update. I went home the same evening. Went to UPS.com and created my shipment there. Final price:$22.92. Dropped it off the next day at a different store with no issues. Again, this store quoted over $100 for the exact same package. There is no excuse for what the store tried to charge and you deserve to go out of business.

  The owner is loud, extremely rude and overly obnoxious. She yells at the employees like no other. Disgusting behavior to witness as a customer, they also love to pin all of the work onto one worker and leave them upfront stranded with tens of customers in the lobby. Overall, just a poorly ran store with poorly mannered people running it.
