Despite three other customers entering the store, she continued to be incredibly helpful to them, acknowledging their presence while multitasking to ensure everyone received the assistance they needed. Her exceptional customer service deserves recognition, as good help truly deserves to be acknowledged!
- SSS.DAug 12, 20265.0I had the pleasure of dealing with a stellar human being and employee, who is the manager at the ups store in Lewisville NC. Her name is Amber Street and she was fantastic. I had a bunch of returns for Amazon and had never done the whole label scanning process until now. Facts are she did it for me because I know not what I do lol. She was gracious, fast, pleasant and amusing. I see why she is the manager , good pick whoever promoted her. Thank you again! PS I did try and leave the review where she requested but there was too much signing in etc…on Google everyone can see it.

Around 11am, I called and asked if I could come in earlier as I needed to go to the post office to get the paperwork out asap. I was told that I could come on in. I got there and were greeted by Amber and Savannah. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond!!! I thanked them for getting my paperwork notarized earlier thany appointment time. I live in WS and if I need to get anything notarized again, I'll definitely come up here. Worth the drive! The UPS Store is across from Lowe's grocery store. The store was very clean and organized! Easy to get to although there is construction happening on the street. Thanks for a great experience!
